WSGI
Submitted by jeff on April 9, 2009 - 11:54am.I'm convinced. mod_parrot will support Python's WSGI interface (or more likely, a variant of it) for its languages. This will let us execute handler code outside of the Apache process, with mod_parrot handling the details behind the scenes. Exactly when this will happen is up in the air, as there are plenty of things on the roadmap to worry about, but I'm convinced that it would be a win, especially for mod_perl6.
